I am a property manager here in the Triangle and Lucie’s Home Services makes tenant turn arounds so easy. Her team is professional and timely and their prices are reasonable which keeps my clients happy. But the best thing is that they are really good at their job and leave homes sparkling the first time around. This is not a company that you have to call back in because they missed x, y, and z.

We have used Lucie‘s for years for biweekly cleanings and always have been impressed by their excellent work and professionalism.  I always got quick responses to email questions or requests for changes to dates for cleaning.  The one time over three years that a glass was broken during cleaning, I was informed right away and Lucie‘s offered to subtract the cost from the next cleaning.  I also appreciated that the team asked for specific instructions about what type of cleaning products we preferred on our hardwood floors and countertops.  There were a few times that we were unable to get onto the calendar for an extra cleaning on only a few days notice (like before hosting a party), but it is totally understandable — Lucie‘s teams are in high demand!  Though some reviews have complained about “hidden fees,” we always found the fees very transparent and fair — you get a list of each additional service and how much it costs up front (such as for changing sheets on each additional bedroom), and we were never surprised.  It was a joy to walk into a clean home, and I never once had second thoughts about having the crew come in to clean the house when we were not home.

I’ve been using this service for about a year now. They do a great job, the staff is friendly. They come in the middle of the day, so I’m usually at work, and I come home to a super clean home, it’s awesome!! Definitely worth the cost. If there are delays due to weather or for any other reason they do a great job of providing notifications via e-mail (but delays are very rare, and cancellations have only occurred due to severe weather). I receive a reminder a week before each cleaning with an estimate of what time they’ll arrive. I still actively use this service, and won’t be stopping anytime soon!

I have meet Lucie about two years ago at a local networking function and took her card. We have been very please with her and her staffs services at our home. So please in fact that we have shared her contact information with several of our friends and loved ones. They have been very pleased as well. Good services and fair market prices combined with a staff that is about detail and attention not time to move on to the next property is important. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house!

Lucie‘s Home Services are nothing, but perfection.  I love how flexible & professional they are.  You don’t have to have a contract & can get your house cleaned when you want your house cleaned.  Great for a birthday, Christmas or mother’s day present.  Who wouldn’t want a girl’s day out & come home to a clean house.  You won’t be disappointed!!

Being 9 months pregnant, there is a lot around the house that has fallen by the wayside lately, but thanks to Lucie‘s Home Services my house is sparkling! I ordered a deep cleaning to get our house ready for baby, and the girls stayed for three hours. When they left, everything was perfect and the house smelled great! They even respected my crazy dog who is not a fan of loud vacuums. I would definitely use Lucie‘s again.

Lucie‘s Home Services really is more than just a “cleaning service”. She has put together an outstanding team with the goal in mind being to improve the quality of life to those she has the privilege to work with and for. I can tell you that this is more than just a business to her, it’s her mission. She is passionate about helping others by removing the stress of having to clean so that her clients have more time to do the things that matter most. As a home owner with young children and a real estate investor, I have used Lucie many times. They do such a thorough job they have saved me from having to repaint several times! They do the tops of fans and floor boards and really clean the way my mom thinks I should. And that is saying a lot. Highly recommend them.
